Adobe Flash is a computer program created by Adobe. Adobe Flash and Adobe Flash Player are used to create and view animated content that can be placed/viewed on the web pages. Adobe Flash is used commonly on the internet, (eg. Newgrounds etc.) Adobe Flash has recently released a new version of it called Adobe Flash CS3. On Adobe Flash, Millions of people use it to animate advertisements or just animating in general. Flash can be used on everything.

History

It used to be made by Macromedia, but Adobe bought them, from Flash 1.0 - Flash 8 was called MacromediaFlash. The newest version, Flash CS3, is called Adobe Flash CS3.
